One of my family friend passed on this recipe to me and I gave it a try. Its a very simple and easy to prepare dessert. It requires just 2 Ingredients for the preparation and then any topping of choice.
The original recipe calls for Hung curd which is prepared by placing yogurt in a muslin cloth and hanging it for several hours but I used labneh.


Here is the recipe..

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients :
Hung curd - 100 gms (I used labneh)
Sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 tin (100 ml approximately)
Blackberries - 2
Mango slices as required

Method :
1. In a mixing bowl add labneh and condensed milk. Mix then very well till smooth and well combined without any lumps.
2. Pour the mixture into ramekins or any small heat resistant bowls.
3. Steam them till set. Do not over steam as it will turn the texture to grainy and dry. Steam only till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. Once cool, refrigerate for a few hours to chill.
5. To serve top up with fruits,  nuts or syrups of choice. I used blackberry and mango.
