Roy Rogers is a very simple and easy to mix up non-alcoholic cocktail drink named after the singer and actor Roy Rogers. My husband's new found love in Grenadine made me look up for a recipe and mix up this drink for him. It is so easy to prepare and Grenadine can be easily found in the soft drinks/juices aisle of any supermarket. Grenadine is a fruit syrup which is commonly used in bars for mixing drinks. It is deep red in color and is sweet and tart in taste.

Here is the recipe..

Serves 1

Ingredients :
Coke or Pepsi - 1 cup
Grenadine Syrup - 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Maraschino Cherry - 1
Ice Cubes as required
Note - Adjust the quantity of ingredients depending on the size of your serving glass.

Method :
1. Fill the serving glass with ice cubes.
2. Add grenadine syrup.
3. Pour the cola.
4. Top it up with one cherry and serve with a straw

Enjoy Roy Rogers Mocktail.
