Delicious and yummy oven roasted chicken drumsticks.

Here is the recipe..

Chicken Drumsticks - 4 (250 grams)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoons
Hung Curd - 1.5 Tablespoons (Substitute with Yogurt)
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 Teaspoons or as per spice level
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - a pinch
Tandoori Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder - a pinch (Optional)
Cooking Spray / Oil - as required
Butter as required (Optional)

Method :
1. Clean and wash the chicken.
2. Discard all the water and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Make slits on the chicken drumstick.
4. Mix all the ingredients except the oil and butter and apply it all over the chicken.
5. Refrigerate the chicken for several hours, minimum of 6 and a maximum of upto 2 days. Do not place it in the freezer.
6. Place the chicken outside the refrigerator 30 minutes - 1 hour before you plan to cook it.
7. Preheat oven to 200C.
8. Cover a roasting pan or a baking dish with aluminium foil.
9. Spray or brush or apply oil over the chicken.
11. Place it on the baking tray and roast for 30 minutes.
12. After 30 minutes turn the chicken to the other side and roast for another 30 minutes. You can apply oil or melted butter all over the chicken at this stage.
13. Turn the chicken around again and roast for a further 10 - 15 minutes till chicken is cooked and well roasted as desired.
14. Roasting after 30 + 30 minutes to a further upto 30 minutes is completely optional. I roasted it for a total of 30 + 30 + 10 + 10 turning the chicken over after every interval.
15. Remove from oven and serve.
