This is a very quick and easy to prepare dosa recipe. It tastes good too. I made this for breakfast yesterday and the entire process to prepare took me 10 minutes which was less than the time I took to eat them.

Here is the recipe..

Makes 3-4 dosas

Ingredients :
Quick cooking oats - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 2 Tablespoon
Wheat flour - 2 Tablespoon
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon chopped
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Salt to taste
Green chilli - 1 chopped (optional)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Water as required
Oil as required

Method :
1. In a mixing bowl add oats, wheat flour, rice flour and mix well.
2. Add chopped onions,  chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add green chillies and cumin seeds if using.  I did not.
4. Add water and mix without any lumps to a batter thinner than dosa batter. 

5. Heat tawa and pour a ladle of batter and spread it.

Reduce heat to medium and allow it to cook. 
7. Sprinkle oil on the sides and cook till it turns golden.
8. It is not required to flip to the other side and cook but you can do so if desired.
9. Cook dosas with remaining batter.

Enjoy oats dosa
