A very tasty accompaniment to any type of Indian Bread especially the Kerala Parotta.


 






Here is the recipe..
Serves 2

Ingredients :
Egg - 4 Hard boiled
Onion - 2 large sliced
Tomato - 2 medium chopped
Green chilli - 2 slit vertically
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or to taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or to taste
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - 8
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Water - 1/2 cup


Method :
1. Peal the hard boiled eggs and cut vertical slits.
2. In a cooking vessel healt oil.
3. Add the onions and green chillis and saute for about 8 minutes till the onions start turning a bit brown.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a further 3 minutes.
5. Add curry leaves, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and pepper powder and mix well.
6. Add tomatoes and saute for about 5 minutes.
7. Add water and the hard boiled eggs, cover and cook over low flame for about 10 minutes.
8. Add garam masala powder and roast for about 2-3 minutes.
