This is a very easy and quick preparation. It tastes outstanding and the magic ingredient in this fruit chat is Rooh Afza (non-alcoholic concentrated squash made with fruits, herbs and vegetable extracts) It is a must try and a keeper recipe and it tastes so good and refreshing for Iftar.



Here is the recipe..

Serves 2

Ingredients :
Any fruit in any quantity of your choice cut into small pieces. Here is what I used,

Red Apple - 1/2
Pear - 1
Peach - 1/2
Red Grapes - 10
Green Grapes - 10
Strawberry - 6, ripe and firm
Honey Melon - 1/2 cup
Banana - 1, ripe
Dates - 2
Raisins - 8
Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
Fruit Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Rooh Afza - 3 Tablespoons, use more or less

Method :
1. Wash all the fruits. Remove the skin, de-seed. Hull the strawberries.
2. Cut all the fruits into small pieces.
3. Add all the fruits except banana into a bowl. Add the dates and raisins.
4. Add salt, sugar, Rooh Afza and fruit chat masala.
5. Mix well to combine.
6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
7. Add the banana half hour before serving and mix well. 8. Mix well before serving and at every serving.
